Dear community, I would like to understand in detail what app "piwigo" could do for me.

What would the Netgear community do without you, @StephenB. I still wonder, why it is so difficult for Netgear to put some meaningful links as background information joined to the icon for the app install.
By the way, beyond accepting your post as a solution, I tried to also to kudo it. But the system is not accepting my click. I'm going to report this right away in a response to my related post in the community feedback realm. You will be notified, because I'm going to mention you there.

I believe that the information posted comes directly from the app developers. Netgear likely doesn't want to change that content or take any responsibility for it.
Well, Netgear's not changing the information provided by the developer or not taking responsibility for the content I can completely understand.
However, Netgear should have some kind of minimum requirements regarding information a developer needs to supply before the app gets eligible for installation.
Even with Netgear being in the developer role (kernel plus app), they are not giving a good example of providing documentation and background information to the interested user, who is considering the install.
