PLEX does not show up in APPs on 6.6.0 Ready NAS 104
I have 6.6.0 firmware. I know this used to show Plex under "APPS". Now it does not.
I have read the other thread that is marked solved, but it's unclear what "solved" it. That thread mentions ...
I updated to 6.6.0 today and have not been able to run plex media server since. I've uninstalled plex and installed 1.2.2 as per the plex update earlier in the comments but that fails to run, generating an error "Application failed to initialize. Empty resource error. Bad NML call. Code: 22002010000".

Did you install the Plex Media manually?
