PLEX server CLIENT profiles.
How do i add client profiles in PLEX media server?
I am running PLEX v0.9.6.3.143-4466fb5 by WhoCares...
I have a box for adding dlna profiles but it seems not to work...
And i have not seen whocares on for a loong time...
I think my other problem got the best of him..... :wink:

- Have you figured out the solution to this yet? I just received my readynas system today and am trying to set up Plex, but I have custom DLNA Client Profiles I need to enter..

- F.Y.I. I think this is a permission problem that does not let the app write to the file. However, I have a work around if anyone is interested.
SSH into the ReadyNAS (i use putty)
Navigate to ~Library/Application Support/Plex Media Server
Modify dlnaclientprofile.xml using your favorite editor
Restart Plex
Good Luck - Now the final solution. Since you have to restart the plex server in order to use a client profile, you can use this box when the server is started.
Stop service.
Edit profile
Start service.
