Poisson's Cacti app installed, can no longer log in to admin page

Fixed it. There was a ghost site enabled called 000-fv-http that was causing some trouble. I deleted it, restarted apache and now http://localhost/admin redirects to https://localhost/admin.
Now there is an option to enable http admin for the web admin interface so we don't automatically redirect anymore.
Thanks for the reply. Is there a way to disable access to http://localhost/admin? I have disabled the site with a2dissite but I'm still getting through to the password prompt and admin page. I'm just paranoid about someone snooping on a plaintext password and gaining root access (I think that's reasonable.)
I found the option under the HTTP settings in FrontView and disabled HTTP admin but can still access it.
The setting didn't stick -- now I can access localhost:80/admin but it hangs and doesn't prompt for a password. How do I force it to redirect to https or disable the http page entirely?
e: I'd also like https://localhost:443 to be disabled, with only https://localhost:443/admin providing the admin login page.
Have you rebooted the NAS since disabling http admin? This should not be necessary, but it is worth a try.
Also did you remember to click Apply when you made the setting change?
As for disabling the redirect to the admin login page you could enable http e.g. on an empty share and redirect default http access to that share.
