Poisson's Cacti app installed, can no longer log in to admin page

Fixed it. There was a ghost site enabled called 000-fv-http that was causing some trouble. I deleted it, restarted apache and now http://localhost/admin redirects to https://localhost/admin.
Strangely enough, the http://localhost/admin address redirects to https://localhost/admin on Windows but not Linux (Firefox on Ubuntu). Not a huge deal at this point, just a curiosity.
