Port forwarding 443
I want to remote access the Management GUI. I put the port forwarding (443 ssl) on my router to my nas. I cant access my NAS :( Does anyone know which ports/group of ports NAS DUO work. My r...

ping is a totally different service, and doesn't use a port. So don't try to forward that.
If you've forwarded port 443, then the next step is to verify that the port is really open. You do that with http://www.canyouseeme.org/
You also will need a ddns service (such as noip or dyndns). noip has a free option. That will give you the ability to assign a name to your external WAN address.
Then if the port is open, and forwarded to the NAS, and you have an external name you should be able to enter https:\\externalname\admin and launch the dashboard.
