Power connector RN 104
After 4 or more years of operation appeared, chattering to the power connector on the rear panel. Just move - loses power or falls off by itself. Can you share who is the service manual to disassemble the device and try to solder or repair the connector?

If you are having trouble with hardware itself, I suggest not to try to open the chassis and repair it as that action will definitely void the warranty of the product.
Please contact support center to warranty claims.

It seems that you've contacted our support team via e-mail to process the RMA for your defective ReadyNAS chassis. Kindly update this thread by posting updates or mark it closed once you receive and tested the replacement unit that will be shipped to you.
