Power Timer Boot Failure Infrant ReadyNAS 600-TL

Firmware : 4.1.6
Memory : 256MB
Disk : 4 ST31500341AS 1.5TB
For the past two weeks my power timer has failed to boot our 600-TL properly. When I come in there are no LEDs on but the fan is running. I tried connecting to it through Frontview and RADar couldn't find it. I end up having to perform a hard shutdown, wait and then repower. From there it boots normally, syncs and seems to operate as usual. I don't get any events of what I did in Frontview logs so I'm wondering if someone may know what the problem is.
