Printing from IPAD / IOS 5

I have an EPSON printer as a network printer on ReadyNas Duo installed so I can print fron any conputer in the network. Unfortunately, alstough IPAD shows me the printer, it does not print. Any sugast...

Unfortunately the printer sharing on the ReadyNAS does not support AirPrint (i.e. does not support printing from the iPad).
