Pro 2 Cyclic Noise
I just received my Pro 2 (2x2TB) unit and I am hearing a noise which sounds like the disk drives seeking every 15 secs when there is no access activity from any PC. The unit firmware is 4.2.19, the dr...
The logs are clear and the SMART attributes are fine as well. No Reallocated sectors at all. It really sounds like the drives are resynching with each other on a periodic basis. I'll discuss with tech support, but I'm not sure what additional items should be examined.
