Pro 6 hangs when asking for Logs (6620-200) #21137133

Hello,

I have 2 Netgear nasboxes in one network. One is used as master where everyone connects on.
The second (Slave) Netgear makes a incremental backup trough the Rsync protocol.

Everything was working fine until i asked for a download of the logs in the frontview. Since then the nasbox hangs completely, even after a (cold) reboot. The display shows 'booting... '(it initializes all the disks, FS check and then hangs)

How can i resolve this without losing data?

FW: 4.2.20 (i think, can't check it because frontview is not available anymore)

Ps: i Tried 'Skip Volume Check' in the boot menu, this did not work. Even a reinstall of the OS did not fix my problem.
All drives are ok. none of them has a failure. (I've also tested every disk by getting them out one per one. The system still hangs on every HD setup.

    Your OS partition is likely full.

    Open a support case (see Online Submission link in my sig) and post your case number.
