Have you looked at the NAS since I rebooted it? I did remove a symlink to a config file that no longer exists that was breaking apache before I rebooted it.
It is in normal mode now.
Provided no one is accessing the system and everything is unmounted you can exit tech support mode by pulling the plug. However it is not in tech support mode any more. I have already rebooted it back to normal mode so if you want to power it down you should power it down safely.
