Problem with start readynas pro 6 on OS 6.10.9

Recently updated OS from 4.2.3 to 6.10.9. Everything was fine for a few days, but yesterday it refused to load. Writes on display “Booting 50% (29%, 30%, 31%) wrote. Several reboots and hours of waiting do not solve the problem.

I have completed all the points from the boot menu, except for resetting to factory settings. I can reset, all data is saved, but I would like to access the logs for understand the reason for such a freeze and avoid this error in the future.

From the actions - I installed the FLEX server, but it is unlikely to be the cause ...

At the moment, I have transferred NAS to service mode. I ask for help from the community so that someone can connect and look at the logs, and also help with this problem.

Do you mean plex?  Did you upgrade the RAM in the Pro 6 when you converted it to run OS-6?

I upgraded NAS a long time ago.
The RAM was expanded to 4 GB. The processor was installed Intel Core 2 Duo E6600. + the power supply is new!
