I have created a similar setup, but only two shares, and I've not noticed this issue. I can try a few more shares when I get to that PC. I have a Duo v1 and NV+ v2.
What unit and software version are you running?
Have you tried adding the credentials under "Manage Network Passwords" (open win7 start menu and start typing)?
