Thanks. Probably the easiest thing to do is install DeltaCopy (free; open-source Windows-based version of rsync).
I use DeltaCopy at work to backup my Windows servers to a primary ReadyNAS 2100 and then use the version built into the NAS to replicate the backups to 2 remotely located ReadyNAS 2100 units.
In a nutshell, you need to do the following:
1. Enable rsync on the ReadyNAS (Frontview > Services > Standard File Protocols > rsync).
2. Configure rsync access on the shares that you're backing up to (Frontview > Shares > Share Listing > rsync):

3. Set the desired access on the share for access. At a minimum, you'll need to put the IP address of the PC or you can use the full subnet (ie. 192.168.1.0/24):

4. Install DeltaCopy onto the Windows PC: http://www.aboutmyip.com/AboutMyXApp/DeltaCopy.jsp
5. Configure DeltaCopy as a client and create backup jobs for whatever data you wish to backup:

You can configure the DeltaCopy client to push data to the media share on the NAS (in my example pics below, my NAS is 192.168.1.20 and I'm using the "Archive" share as the Virtual Directory).
6. By default, DeltaCopy will create a folder with the same name. Right-click on the "Files/folders to copy" selection & select Modify Target Path and change it to whatever you want:

7. Set the schedule.
8. There are also option to "Remove deleted items from server" so that if you delete a file from the PC, it will also get deleted from the NAS.
Hope this gets you started.
