Most computers support some sort of "wake" feature in the BIOS. Check there to see if your computer can be set power on via schedule.

The ReadyNAS can be configured to use a static IP (Frontview > Network > Interfaces). Additionally, many routers now support "DHCP Reservations" (also called static DHCP) where the same IP address can be reserved for a specific device. Check you router's manual to see if it supports it.
