The issue is almost certainly because the ReadyDLNA server is not rescanning the media. The media is there, which is why you see the folders on the laptop.
Often this problem is provoked by an out-of-spec media file, which causes the scanning process to crash.
Perhaps start by upgrading to the 6.1.6 beta firmware - it does have a couple of fixes to ReadyDLNA.
If the failure persists, you can look though the ReadyDLNA log to try and sort it out - or switch to plex and see if it works better for you.
