The fix has been applied. The serial number should appear correctly now.

Welcome to the Community!
Please take a picture of the sticker label that contains the serial number and MAC address, then send it to me via private message. This is located on the rear panel of the chassis.
Please enable also the Secure Diagnostic Mode (SDM). You can enable it by logging in to the local admin page of the NAS then go to System > Settings > Support, then send the 5-digit code/port number to me.
