Radiator 4.1.13 still gets corrupted after several weeks

I've been using the NV+ for years with 1GB, and suddenly there is a problem with 1GB RAM? Surely that problem must be traceable and solvable?
No opinion on how easily solved. Memory upgrades have always been a bit hit or miss, and in the case of the v1 unit we are dealing with an unusual CPU.
