RAID Sync taking a very long time
Hi, I have a ReadyNAS NV with 4 disks. I swapped out a disk about 6 days ago and replaced it with a higher volume drive, and the NAS initiated a RAID Sync. However, its been 1 week and it still hasnt...

Thanks for the quick reply. The problem is that I can't even access Frontview or ssh into the box right now. How do I send the log in this case?
The only thing I have so far is an automated email sent by the ReadyNAS telling me that RAID sync has started, and that was a week ago.

RAIDar can't even find my ReadyNAS. Any other ideas? Should I just try to reboot? I hope not to lose any data. Thanks.

So you don't have a backup?

Unforturnately I don't have all the data in backup, but I can afford to lose some of the other ones.
Anyway, how do I do the diagnosis? and what do you think it's the best course of action at this point?
