Raiditor 5.3.6 - accessing the Genie marketplace

BE CAREFUL WITH THIS APP STORE. Here are the problems:
- Login info from product registration does not work at all. Had to create an account with another email address.
- When entering credit card billing information, it does not allow you to select any country other than the US. Is this supposed to be a US-only service ?
- After getting an error message about the billing Info, I cancelled the operation and MY CREDIT CARD WAS BILLED IMMEDIATELY.
- My Purchases area shows no applications
- Tried to find an email address or phone number to contact Marketplace, but couldn't find anywhere. HOW DOES A COMPANY RUN AN APP STORE WITHOUT INFORMING CUSTOMER SERVICES CONTACTS ? DOES ANYBODY HAS THEIR CONTACT INFO ??
Honestly, I have never seen an eCommerce service with so many problems as this one. So, BE CAREFUL if you try to buy anything.
