Random ip
Hi
I noticed when I rebooted my ready nas the admin ip of lets say https://192.168.1.9
changes to another random ip of say https://192.168.1.17
my netgear router reserved a set ip for the nas how come the ip keeps changing for the admin page and how do I correct that.

- Can you double check you entered the correct MAC address when setting the static I.P. for the NAS?
Also many routers require a reboot for a reservation to take effect. Did you reboot the router after setting the static I.P. ? - I use a netgear WNDR4500 but know don't think I rebooted. Will try that this afternoon thanks
