Random source read error - this NAS is USELESS like this
Seriously: I've never seen it on my old sparc-unit but ever since I powered up my new Pro 6 and started copying stuff I get this ridiculous error during the Windows copy process about not being able to find or read X file on the source. "Try again" takes long seconds and fails again. It's random but if I restart the same copy it fails at the same place over and over again. Fuckin' annoying.
Of course it's there, I can open it etc and I can even copy it anywhere except this PoS NAS box (well maintained Windows 7 workstation in a 2008 R2 domain, 10GbE eth.)
SO what is it, another awesome stupid fs or samba bug in that junk called Debian you guys are using for this distro (unlike any sane person's linux choice)?
I need an answer if this stupid thing is fixable because if it isn't I will send this crap back tomorrow.

- szleviAspirantOne update: I switched to SuperCopier 2 and errors are gone so far (running since ~2AM.) If I switch back to Windows copy random errors are back.
- szleviAspirantOK, so the errors are NOT gone, they are just DIFFERENT and always at the end because SuperCopier 2 is smart enough to know how to handle them and they appear to only affect very small files (eg those .DS_Store Mac crap.)
