Have you tried using another browser like Firefox? I suspect it is a SSl security issue caused by a recent Chrome update.
You should get prompted to add a security exception because of a self signed certificate

Thanks, I can access the page through IE so it seems like it could be a setting in Chrome.

I prefer to access my legacy netgear stuff through IE, I was going to post about using IE but took it out as I doubted many others would still have it available to them.
This is suggesting even more that it's a SSL certificate related issue to me
In IE are you using http or https ?

Actually I don't think that's the case. Generally cert issues show up as clear exceptions on the browser page, not a blank frame as we are seeing here.
There are issues with old 4.1.x firmware and all current browsers, though setting IE in "compatibility mode" can overcome most of them. That's why I asked about the firmware version. So upgrading the duo to run 4.1.16 would be my first suggestion.

Generally I use Chrome - but there is one issue there: the "SMART+" popup on the health screen comes up blank.
FireFox is actually a good choice, as it allows you to store security exceptions for the self-signed certificate stuff.
