Re-assign ReadyCLOUD manager role to another user

Hi All,

User1 is a manager of RN device in ReadyCLOUD.

I mean User1 can see the infromation about NAS device and its shared folders when log in to ReadyCLOUD and go to the Manage tab.

I need to remove manage privileges from User1 and make another user User2 to be a manager.

At the moment User2 can't see anything on the Manage tab but  CURRENTLY YOU HAVE NO REGISTERED DEVICES.

Please advise how I can do that.

Thanks and Regards,

Thank you for asking, I forgot to mention that once you leave ReadyCloud all ReadyCloud Home folders will be deleted so all users have to make sure they don't have anything there, all permissions granted to ReadyCloud users will be removed as well so you will have to invite them again.

Shares Created from ReadyCloud will stay, only the ReadyCloud home folders will be removed.

You will have to Leave and Un-joined the NAS that is currently using User1 to get him out and then re-join the NAS to ReadyCloud using User2.

You will have to locally login to the ReadyNAS Admin page to do this.

      Thansk for your reply.

If I start doing this would the current settings related to the shared folders and assigned permissions be maintained or lost?

      Regards,
