Cannot connect to Frontview

I had this problem last week, logged with support 5-8-2011 Case #16333985
Still waiting to gain access to Frontview.
This happend when I installed the BZeeet app (Web-based search engine for your ReadyNAS files)
The system froze & after rebooting the NAS I was unable to access Frontview.
There appears to be bugs in the software
