Please do not post your logs publicly since there some information there that should not be disclosed publicly. You may just PM the links to the NETGEAR mods nest time if we requested it.
Regarding the issue on the NAS, it appears that it already has a file system corruption. I see a lot of this message on kernel.log
BTRFS error (device md127): bad tree block start 16128832205675150423 19789628112896
It will be best to reset the NAS to factory default and restore from backup when you get 'bad tree block start'. Please try resetting the NAS to factory default. Based on the logs, factory reset was not done yet.

In fact I couldn't do a factory default. I had copied the folders which I was able to open and copy and was planning to do a factory default then since I couldn't do it. Now I will copy the folders which were originally accessible before doing a factory default.
