Thank you. I actually found a Pro 6 chassis on ebay for not too much so I and going to go that route. Any tips on that sort of swap would also be appreciated. This thing has basically run like a champ for 14 years. I think I have had 1 drive go out but that's been the only issue.

Start with a test install using a single disk in slot 1. This disk will be reformatted, so make sure there is nothing on it that you care about. No need to worry about the compatibility list, any SATA disk will work for this.
After you've confirmed that the test install worked, then power down the NAS and move the disk to slot 2. Power up, and confirm that the system boots with the disk in the slot. Repeat this process for slots 3-6.
Then update the firmware to match what you are running in the old NAS. If you aren't sure, then just install the newest firmware. That would be 4.2.31 unless you converted the NAS to run OS-6.
Once the firmware matches, then power down again, and migrate your existing disks to the new NAS.
When the new NAS is up and running, then you could consider replacing the power supply and using it as a backup NAS. If you decide to sell it for parts instead, then I suggest selling the drive trays (with the screws) separately.
