- Jun 02, 2015Turns out the DNS was set incorrectly and the NAS could not connect to the internet. Refreshing the DNS on the NAS resolved the problem.

I just performed a Factory Reset. My NAS always had ip:192.168.0.13 before and now after the reset it dynamically appointed ip:192.168.0.12. I have a few netork devices that I would need to change, so i thought I would set static ip:192.168.0.13.
Then when I went to install apps, it would not download due to a connection issue.
changed back to dynamic ip:192.168.0.12 and apps install no problem now.
just thought i'd share this...
