Hello My ReadyNas stop working. After power of he will not start. I check from BOOT menu "Factory default" and "OS reinstall" But after this operations all time I have this same...

I used three different hdd and all was the same.

Did you try a reset with one disk in slot 2 (and slot 1 empty)?

    I'm thinking you might have a failed SATA slot, so maybe try a reset with just the 2nd bay installed and see what happens.
