Ok, did a factory reset and now everything is back to normal again. Moved the data back, reinstalled all my add-ons (my version of sick beard did not work anymore so i'm running from source now...). Setup everything again. Much work, unhappy girlfriend but all is well. To bad i will never know what caused the problems...
