Another test done with 'Full Data Journaling' disabled, this time with 'Jumbo Frames' enabled on the ReadyNAS and '4K Jumbo Packets' enabled on the Intel NIC

Read speed has took a bit of a hit, but the write speed is up to an average of almost 90 MB/sec.
