read only: kernel: BTRFS critical (device md127): unable to find logical 6961270095872
I recently discovered that our Backup-NAS (Readynas 214) stopped accepting Backups. It seems to have become read only. Reboot didn't help.

now, how do i solve that? Do i have to reset the nas?

There is some file system corruption. You could try paid netgear suppport - keeping in mind that might require a data recovery contract.
Since it is a backup, personally I'd do a factory default.
