FWIW, this is what I get with an RN102 (RAID-1 with 2x1TB Ironwolf drives)"
Running a 400MB file write on \\10.0.0.13\Music 5 times... Iteration 1: 80.33 MB/sec Iteration 2: 79.92 MB/sec Iteration 3: 80.00 MB/sec Iteration 4: 73.06 MB/sec Iteration 5: 79.91 MB/sec ----------------------------- Average (W): 78.65 MB/sec ----------------------------- Running a 400MB file read on \\10.0.0.13\Music 5 times... Iteration 1: 67.04 MB/sec Iteration 2: 69.68 MB/sec Iteration 3: 70.42 MB/sec Iteration 4: 70.14 MB/sec Iteration 5: 70.40 MB/sec ----------------------------- Average (R): 69.54 MB/sec -----------------------------
Test with a single ethernet connected to the NAS, and if you have any internet security software (AVG, Kaspersky, etc) disable it.

Make sure IPv6 is disabled in the NAS network settings.
Also, if the MTU isn't set to 1500, then I suggest setting it to that on both the NAS and the PC.
One other thing you could try is
- download the log zip file
- run NAStester, perhaps a bit longer (10-15 loop count)
- download the log zip file again.
Then look at network_settings.log in the log zip file, and look for increases in the error statistics (errors, dropped, overruns, frame, carrier).

IP 6 Disabled and I have switched off OneDrive Integration and Plex
Running a 400MB file write on W: 5 times... Iteration 1: 27.17 MB/sec Iteration 2: 25.75 MB/sec Iteration 3: 26.65 MB/sec Iteration 4: 27.56 MB/sec Iteration 5: 25.38 MB/sec ----------------------------- Average (W): 26.50 MB/sec ----------------------------- Running a 400MB file read on W: 5 times... Checked the log files and everything seems fine though I did see some errors and dropped
