Ready Nas Duo RND2000 not showing up in network NEED HELP!!!!
I have a RND2000 that is responding slowly to the control interface. Settings will not store. When the drive was online it would only stay that way for a short while and then reboot. I Can reach the drive via a browser, and see the files. This will let you retrieve a file one at a time. I read here possibly about the OS partition being full? How can I call support?
The serial number will not get me through, says something about the country of origin.
