Ready NAS Duo won't reboot
We came into work this morning and our Ready Nas Duo was not working and won't detect on RAIDar. We have hit the Reset Button and turned it on, the Blue Light is flashing, LED lights flashed on and off and the fan makes a noise, but it does nothing else. We have tried unplugging it and waiting a minute before doing it again, still nothing. It does not detect in RADAR any more, but it was working fine and detecting in RADAR last week. When we put our Serial Number in, it came up with ReadyNA SRN2000 in the model, but it won't let me put that in the Model Number section above.
Yes, you will have to turn it off at the power if it is stuck during the boot process.

Is this the Duo v1 or v2?: http://www.rnasguide.com/2012/01/09/how-to-tell-whether-i-have-a-duo-v1-or-duo-v2-or-nv-v1-or-nv-v2/
Do you see any of these LED patterns?: http://home.bott.ca/webserver/?p=324

Thank you for getting back to us. We bought it in January 2010, so I'm assuming that means it will be V1. The fan has been making a high speed noise for quite sometime, it has just slowed and is less noisy. The blue light is now permanently on and the left LED light (1) is now on green, but nothing on (2). It is still not registering on RAIDar

Yes, that would be a v1. The v2 wasn't released till November 2011.
