Yep, already have a support ticket in. Had kinda assumed that I couldn't be the first person with such an issue -- but didn't see it elsewhere in the forums.

Part of the issue is that this my choices in turn impact multiple other (home) users on multiple types of devices - and I'm the support for all of them. So I'm trying to keep things simple and with one solution for that reason if possible. If I have no choice but to bring in another solution, then I'll have to.
