ReadyDLNA album artist and contributing artist problem
I seem to have a problem with ReadyDLNA presenting the correct album artist and contributing artist information to DLNA/uPnP clients. I have both a Duo v1 and NV+ v2 and both units have ReadyDLNA v...
I wonder Skywalker whether you could comment on this. After a bit of reviewing the raw upnp data exchanged, I found the following tag mapping:
From MP3 (.mp3) files (display and group correctly):
<dc:creator> artist tag </dc:creator>
<upnp:artist> album artist tag </upnp:artist>
From AAC (.m4a) files (do not display and group correctly):
<dc:creator> artist tag </dc:creator>
<upnp:artist> artist tag </upnp:artist>
Note, album artist is not used on AAC files. Could this be fixed?
