ReadyDrop is no available
Hi, I'm running Mac OS X Mavericks (10.9) on my Mac Mini (Mid 2011). I've installed ReadyNAS Remote v.1.2.11. and enabled ReadyDrop on my RN312. The main purpose I purchased this NAS is to sync...
OK I've just received the following email:
I would like you to know that I have some words from our level 3 that the is really a compatibility issue with MAC 10.9 Maverick and we would like to apologize for that but surely they are already working on it.
I guess its wait and see then.
steed: About "cobbled together very different parts" I can only say that I can't share this opinion with you. For me netgear's ReadyNAS systems are by far the best. I had a Zyxel and it was horrible. I have a friend who has a NAS from Buffalo and he told me that he never got it to work as its supposed to be. Also I very much like the ReadyNAS OS Interface. I think its way cleaner than most NAS interfaces (especially compared to Zxyel).
Besides this Issue right now (which is hopefully fixed soon) I don't have any problems with my RN312.
