ReadyNAS - RN21400 Serial No. - 4FHC8B5E00169
I have already opened a case regarding the Replacement of my Ready Nas (RN21400) before my warranty expires, following are the details :
Case Number — XXXXXXX
Date Opened — 2022-05-20
Product — RN21400
Serial Number — XXXXXXXXXXX
I didn't receive any call regarding this, and they have closed the case, without my knowledge, I am not able to use my Ready NAS and waiting for the replacement, here is the attached Bill of purchase showing the date, kindly replace my hardware as soon as possible, I will be available on mail- aklandscape2020@gmail.com

Are you having issues with the Power brick or the Power socket on the NAS? Please clarify it with the expert by replying on the Email you are receiving.

Power Socket is loose, i plug the cable and it seams the power socket is loose and it is not steady.
