I believe support or a netgear poster here are likely to help you. You can contact support via support.netgear.com. They might want to charge, make it clear to them that you have the uninstall problem with 6.2.2.

Assuming that you don't want to wait, and that you don't have ssh enabled... -
A factory reset will fix it, but will require you to reinstall everything (and reload the data from backup).
Another option is to remove the two disks (labeling by slot) and install a scratch disk. Then upgrade the firmware to 6.2.3 beta (links are in this forum). Shut down the NAS, re-install the original disks, and power up. The NAS will automatically install the 6.2.3 beta firmware onto the original disks, which will fix the problem.
