ReadyNAS 102 and BT Business Hub 5
Hi everyone
I moved to BT Business on Monday. I connected my ReadyNAS 102 to it and I can access it ok on my mac via finder and explorer on my windows 10 PC.
The problem I'm having is when I access over the net via readycloud.neatgear.com. The device is showing as offline.
I disabled the firewall on the BT Business Hub 5 but it still showed as offline.
I can log on as admin ok when I connect via IP address directly.
Can any one tell me what I need to do?

Fixed it everyone - the readynas has the old DNS IP configured.
