RN10200, Same issues, I lost connection after starting a backup job. I can ping it but that's it. RAIDar cannot find it, nor can I access it via a web broswer. using the latest update 6.4.2.

nw12 were you running a backup job too?
If the system won't even show up in RAIDar and is unpingable then it has crashed and will need to be rebooted. Can you then send your logs in (see the Sending Logs link in my sig)?
RickPolaski you filled in the Contact Us form, but have not taken the next step to turn it into a support case.- nw12Feb 22, 2016Aspirant
hi mdgm,
I was not runnig a backup job. I was making a copy of a 60 gig folder from one share on the NAS to an other share on the same NAS.
The system is not visible in RAIDar, but is pingable.
Is there a possibility to send the logs, if the connection is lost in the web interface? Should I first reboot the system and then try to send the logs?
What is the safest way to reboot the system?
