readynas 102 ethernet port dead
Hi I think my readynas is still under warranty but how can I get the data of my readynas before I send it in or whatever? The Ethernet port is dead for some reason - no lights on the switch. Sam...
The warranty is three years, so you should still be covered. Use support.netgear.com, and choose "email". Normally they'd RMA a replacement NAS.
