Nighthawk CAX80 Ethernet Ports Not Working

Recently bought a new TV. When I did I unhooked everything from my setup and was only running wi-fi for a few days after installation. Wi-fi works as it should but now none of the ethernet ports will work. They do not even light up when a device is plugged in and powered on. Ibhave tried power cycling, hard reset up unit, and multiple cat6 cables. I am scratching my head here. Any idea what went wrong.

Remove all Ethernet connections and the coax connection.  Pull the power cord and give it a minute or two before reconnecting.  If your CAX80 goes in to a boot loop, let it complete a couple of cycles then reconnect the coax.  You might have to repeat this process a time or two.

Thank you. I tried this 3 times yesterday but it didnt work. Will try a few more times tonight. Hopeful thay it will eventually work. Love the unit but spending $500 on a new one would be awful.

I presume it is out of warranty?

One other option would be to connect the power with the reset button depressed.

Whos the ISP that the CAX80 is connected too?

Try a 30-30-30 reset on the CAX80 with all ethernet connected devices disconnected from the LAN ports.

It is oit of warranty and I use Xfinity (comcast). I've tried unhooking everything and letting it power cycle about 5 times bit it still is not working. I assume I have a much larger issue. Sucks since Ibreally love the hardware.

Seems lile it continues to power cycle for a while. Is there a better time to interrupt and plug in ethernet? When the wi-fi lights come on, when its just the power light, etc?
