ReadyNAS 104 - Dropbox upload - Set custom times to sync?
I have a ReadyNAS 104, and want to sync a particular folder to my Dropbox Cloud storage. So far, I've done this successfully via the default Cloud options on the ReadyNAS interface, and this morning since setting it up, it's already synced a few files, great!
However, I'm working from home at the moment, and this upload seems to take over the whole network, making everything else run at a standstill. I understand you can limit the speed of uploads, which is one way to sort it, but is there no way I can set the time of the sync so it only uploads (for example) between 2am-7am?
It's over 1TB of data, so it's obviously going to take a while, and even though I'm on broadband, it's not the fastest, especially with everything else running in the house as well. That's why I'm loath to limit the upload to a small speed, as it will take even longer.

The Dropbox sync is real-time only. There is no option to set a schedule on ReadyNAS and Dropbox.
Your idea is good and may help improve the Dropbox sync functionality. You may post this idea on the Idea Exchange board. It might get considered if it gets many kudos.
