ReadyNas 104 become nearly unresponsive after upgrade to 6.8.0
I've update my RN104 to firmware 6.8.0 yesterday ... after reboot I noticed the admin page was slooooooooooooow ... every click get the NAS to be unresponsive and the admin page to return to the "loa...
Did you try a second reboot?
I did ... second ... third ... and many others.
I thought to be saved when applied the 6.8.1 but after few hours slownesses came back. Then I had an idea : deactivat the RealTime-Antivirus and ... MAGiC ! it works perfectly fine now :)
Unfortunately ... I had to make a choice between security and accessibility. :(
The RN100 family only has 512 MB of ram - which was more than adequate when it was introduced, but which isn't enough to run all the OS6 services now.
