ReadyNas 104 Continually resynching since adding drive

Appears has finished recovery. Looks like it has lost some data from pictures share but other than that back as was. Guess just needed to give it some time.

Hi andycucca, Whilst mine was recovering I did re-boot it a few times. I did this from the power switch. Press once to activate LED message, again to get the power down message then again to initate shutdown. It generally took a while to perform the shutdown.

Can you help me with a quick question please. I ran into the same problem, looking at the same screens, waiting for resync... Do you remember when your shares reappeared (e.g. what percentage the resync was standing)? MIne got to 24% overnight, just not sure how much more time I should wait before trying to ind other solutions...

When I first added the new drive I got a Page_address+8 on led display and totally unresponsive NAS, so pulled the power.
After that it said it was resynching and I re-started it a few times as this was the only way to get into the admin web page (there seemed to be a window after a re-boot where I could get access before it locked me out again).
I left it resynching from about 24-8-17 to around 2-9-17. I think i saw the resynch above 50%, but I only saw the shares back when it started to say it was recovering data.
