Readynas 104 drops out when copying to it

I think I speak for many users in suggesting that Netgear should perhaps offer more beta releases for user feedback before releasing final release firmware; although it seems that 6.1.5 is actually still a RC version.
I do not understand, if you are a Netgear representative why you would post an announcement like this in a thread like this.
Surely you should use the board administrators to post a general announcement.
