ReadyNAS 104 files not renaming or not showing

Hi

I was reading through the forum but couldnt find a solution to this problem.

We have RN104 server to which are connected a bunch of macs and windows pcs.

When i change, add, rename a file in windows PC 1, i can see it in windows PC 2 but not on the MAC's. 

Also if i change or rename a file in MAC 1 i cannot see it or i see it with the old name on MAC 2.

In order to see the latest version on the MAC's we have to eject the server from each MAC and reconnect it again. 

Does this happen to anyone?

I should point out that all the macs are connected as guests to the server, but i dont think it matters right?
